We source our products directly from local farmers and artisans. Each item is vacuum-sealed and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches your doorstep in peak condition.
What are your standard shipping times?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days via our express courier partners.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, NagaBazaarTM ships within India. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve our international customers very soon.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Are there any preservatives in your traditional spice blends?
No, we pride ourselves on purity. Our traditional Naga spices and blends are 100% natural, free from artificial colors, and contain no added chemical preservatives.
